Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural is a very sweet coffee with a strong, complex character. This coffee is perfect to be enjoyed as cappuccino or flat white, as its sweetness and fruit are particularly highlighted in combination with milk. In addition, it works well for all filter preparations such as Chemex or Aeropress, and even as Cold Brew.
This coffee is grown by small farmers in the Aricha region at an altitude of 1,800 - 2,400 meters above sea level. It is treated as “garden coffee” by several family farms and hand-picked, making sure the ripest cherries are selected. This coffee is naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds, which strongly emphasizes the berry notes, especially the strawberry notes.
