Yes, Gufo Nero was born with the idea of bringing the flavours of the world to each one of you through a cup of coffee.
But We also founded this brand to help those in need, in an effort to not only give something back to this planet but also bring some smiles to those facing struggle in their lives.

An Italian Tradition
We are motivated from the depths of our hearts to keep an Italian tradition alive: “Caffè Sospeso”.
In short, it means that when a person buys themselves a coffee in a coffee shop, they can also buy an extra (a “Caffè Sospeso”), which gets treated as credit that’s available to anyone in need who later shows up.
This tradition started in the city of Naples more than a hundred years ago, and continues to this day.
For us, this action as love in its purest form: surprising a struggling stranger with a hot cup of coffee.
How does it work?
With every pack purchased, a virtual free coffee will be automatically added to the “Caffè Sospeso Basket”. Every time we reach 20 virtual free coffees, we will go out in our local neighbourhood to distribute the coffees to those in need.
