“By just opening the bag, a beautiful floral smell came out of it which was enough for me to fall in love. But even more surprisingly was the taste of a tea instead of actual coffee! (I brewed it with a French Press)”

Make it stand out
Ethiopia is universally referred to as the birthplace of coffee, where it was as well first consumed by humans, initially as a fruit rather than a beverage.
Therefore, Ethiopia is one of the specialty coffees most respected origins and has the finest beans in the world.
That is in big part due to the influence of Yirgacheffe region, from which coffee beans are truly unique; so many of its great washed coffees are explosively aromatic, full of citrus and floral notes, and have a light and elegant body, being often the first coffee that people say tastes like something more like an Early Grey cup of tea rather than just coffee.
Also stocked at The Culinary Collective, Sankt-Johannis-Mühlgasse, Nürnberg, Germany.
